Lady Gaga caused rage among animal right activist for posing in a raw meat bikini on the cover of Vogue Japan's September issue. And now she's done it again! This time Gaga wore a meat dress to the VMAs, which was by far the most outrageous fashion statement she's made! The designer behind the monstrosity, Franc Fernandez, told MTV Style that the dress was made with real meat from the local family butcher.
